Bad Things Happen

We've recently been through another round of natural disasters here in the US. Soooo it's time to remind folks about our disaster policy.

When individual stitchers lose copies of our books and designs in a natural disaster -- flood, tropical storm, fire, earthquake, tornado, or a meteor landing on their house, we simply replace those designs at no cost to the stitcher. They can have been purchased from us or any retailer.

As to shops, we give a spending credit so they can replace stock. They don't have to be previous direct customers of us.

This became our policy when some years ago a stitcher attended a Rocky Mountain Regional EGA seminar and was replacing items lost in the deadly Los Alamos Fires.

I Think I'm In Love

I think I'm in love with my local "guy in brown"-Raymond.

Now in the big city I was used to same day UPS pickup - not in rural TN. Well that's fair.

However I was scrambling to get an overnight shipment out and found that I needed to drive 12 miles to take it to a drop-off.

Just as I was shifting from Park to Drive - tap tap tap on the passenger window and there stands my Guy in Brown. He was making the second delivery for the day, looked down and saw my shipment with label affixed and uttered some of the most beautiful words I heard all day. "I can take that for you"

BTW he has kind eyes, nice smile and great knees.
